ReSharper 2025.2 EAP 2 Adds Out-of-Process Support

ReSharper 2025.2 EAP 2 is the first public build that lets ReSharper run out-of-process with Microsoft Visual Studio. This change begins a new way of using ReSharper that aims to improve how it works in the future.
