Microsoft has announced the full launch of Windows ML, a built-in tool for local AI model inference on Windows 11 PCs. The new framework supports processors, graphics, and NPUs from AMD, Intel, NVIDIA, and Qualcomm, allowing developers to build fast, secure, and offline solutions without cloud dependency.
