Azure Functions to drop Python 3.10 support in October 2026

Microsoft set October 1, 2026 as the end-of-support date for Python 3.10 in Azure Functions. Teams running serverless apps on this runtime need to move to Python 3.13 to keep receiving updates and security fixes.
