Microsoft Sovereign Cloud expands with new disconnected AI capabilities

Microsoft added Azure Local disconnected operations, Microsoft 365 Local disconnected, and new large‑model support in Microsoft Foundry. The stack now runs productivity apps and big AI models even when fully offline. It targets customers that need strict isolation without giving up modern tooling.
