Azure MCP Server adds first-class Python support via PyPI and uvx

Azure MCP Server now ships with native Python support through PyPI and uvx. This makes it simpler for Python developers to plug Azure services into their agentic workflows without extra tooling. A small change, but it removes friction for teams already relying on Python in production.
