VS Code 1.111 Adds Agent Permissions and Autopilot Preview

Microsoft ships VS Code 1.111 with more control over AI agents, including new permission settings and agent‑scoped hooks. The update also brings an Autopilot preview and fresh debugging tools. Developers get finer oversight of what agents can access inside the editor.
