Azure Monitor adds native OTLP ingestion via Azure Monitor Agent

Azure Monitor now supports native OTLP ingestion through the Azure Monitor Agent. Developers can send OpenTelemetry Protocol (OTLP) data directly using the agent instead of relying on separate ingestion paths. The update brings OTLP support into the standard Azure Monitor telemetry pipeline.
