Azure Cosmos DB Starts Private Preview of Integrated Azure RBAC

Azure resources often use two separate permission models: one for management operations and another for data access. Cosmos DB customers have long dealt with that split, which adds complexity and slows onboarding. Microsoft is now testing Integrated Azure RBAC for Cosmos DB in private preview, aiming to unify permissions under the same Azure access model.
