Azure Developer CLI (azd) shipped five releases in April 2026: 1.23.14, 1.23.15, 1.24.0, 1.24.1, and 1.24.2. The key update is multi-language hook support. Developers can now write azd hooks in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or .NET, alongside the existing Bash and PowerShell options.
