Azure SDK for Rust reaches stable with Key Vault and Storage

Microsoft announced the stable release of the Azure SDK for Rust, moving the project out of beta. The release includes libraries for Core functionality, Identity, Key Vault (Secrets, Keys, Certificates), and Azure Storage services such as Blobs and Queues.
